Temporary Suspension of trading of the shares of "LIVANIS S.A."

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of "LIVANIS S.A." is temporarily suspended as of today, Tuesday, May 2^nd, 2023, following the company's announcement of April 28^th, 2023, which informed the investing public that it will not proceed to the publication of its Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2022 within the deadline specified by the Greek Law, in order to ensure the protection of investors and the smooth operation of the market of the company's shares, in line with par. 1 art. 17 L. 3371/2005 and until the company prepares and publishes the aforementioned Financial Report, according to L.3556/2007.
