Delisting of the shares of G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.

Following the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of December 29^th, 2022, regarding the delisting of the shares of "G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A." from the Athens Stock Exchange, in line with par.5, article 17, L.3371/2005, the shares of the aforementioned company will be removed from the ATHEX trading systems as of Friday, December 30^th, 2022.
