Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

MYTILINEOS S.A. (the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that Mr. Papadopoulos Dimitrios, Executive member of the BoD and General Manager Corporate Governance & Sustainable Development, according to its notification towards the Company dated 27.12.2022, sold on 23.12.2022 1,517 common shares of the Company of a total value of Euro 30,022.00.

On the same day Mr. Papadopoulos Dimitrios also bought 15 Futures on common shares of the Company of a total value of Euro 29,725.00.
