AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 22^th of December 2022, shareholder and I.R. of Autohellas SA, Zacharias I. Vitzilaios (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 191 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euros 1,929.10.
