The  Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of EYATH S.A., held on September 4^st 2023, decided,  not to distribute a dividend to the Company's shareholders, due to non-distributable operating profits for the fiscal year 2022 (1/1/2022-31/12/2022)
