The soci?t? anonyme with the name "PLAISIO COMPUTERS COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF ELECTRONIC COMPUTERS AND BOOKSTORE PRODUCTS" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament & Council, the Regulation of the Athens Exchange and the relevant provisions of Law 3461/2006, as in force, informs the investors that on 22.12.2022 it received a notification from Mr. Georgios Gerardos regarding the submission of a voluntary tender offer to all shareholders holding common, registered shares with voting rights of the Company.
