Notification concerning change of voting rights according to L. 3556/2007

According to L.3556/2007, GEK TERNA SA discloses that a notification was received by the shareholder “Helikon Investments Limited”, acting as investment manager for her client "Helikon Long Short Equity Fund Master ICAV", according to which on June 29, 2023 there was a change (decrease) in its withholding voting rights, which dropped below 5%.

Specifically, the number of shares and voting rights at the time of transaction notification:  

-          Indirect voting rights 1,349,745, ie 1.30% of the share capital.

-          Voting rights deriving from financial instruments (Cash Settled Equity Swap), according to ar. 11 par. 1b) of law 3556/2007, as in force, 777,355 (i.e. 0.75% of the share capital), 1,767,155 (i.e. 1.71% of the share capital) and 1,258,935 (i.e. 1.22% of the share capital) with expiration dates of  20/12/2024, 04/02/2025  and 04/11/2024, respectively.

Total number of shares and equal number of voting rights at the time of transaction notification 5,153,190, ie a percentage of 4.98% of the share capital.
