Notification of information as per Law 3556/2007

G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Konstantinos Velanis, that on the 8^th of September 2022, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Konstantinos Velanis holds indirectly, through the company Blake Worldwide S.A. in the Company, fell the threshold of 3% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 13,20% to 0,10% of the total voting rights in the Company.
