G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received the company Blake Worldwide S.A., that on the 8th of September 2022, the percentage of voting rights that the company Blake Worldwide S.A. holds in the Company, fell the threshold of 3% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 13,20% to 0,10% of the total voting rights in the Company.
