UNIBIOS HOLDINGS LIMITED announces, after relevant notification, the following Regulated Information:

Mr. Antonios Svoronos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of our company, sold during the meeting of 30.12.2022 120,000 shares of our company (corresponding to 120,000 voting rights). The above transaction took place in the stock market at a price of Euro 0.664 per share (total amount 79,670 euros).

After the completion of the above transaction, Mr. Svoronos declared to us that he now directly owns 17.00% of our company's voting rights and indirectly 2.43% of our company's voting rights, so the total percentage of voting rights he owns amounts to 19.43%.

During the same stock market session the company Antonios Svoronos and  Associates Single Member Capital Company which is closely related to Mr. Antonios Svoronos the President of our company bought, during the meeting of 30.12.2022, 120,000 shares of our company (corresponding to 120,000 voting rights). The above transaction took place in the stock market at a price of Euro 0.664 per share (total amount 79,670 euros).

This announcement is made (1) in the context of the disclosure of the transactions of the persons exercising Managerial Duties in accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in accordance with article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and (2) within the framework of the obligation to inform in case of acquisition or disposal of significant holdings as described in article 9 et seq. of Law 3556/2007.
