ELLAKTOR SA (hereunder the "Company"), in reply to the no. 445/19.02.2024 Letter from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) regarding a recent (17.02.2024) press article in the newspaper "KATHIMERINI", regarding the signing of a memorandum for the acquisition by MOTOR OIL Group of its subsidiary HELECTOR S.A., informs the investment community that it has not received any offer for the acquisition of its shares in the said subsidiary company.

As in the past, in the context of actively managing its portfolio of business activities, the Company is constantly assessing options for the optimal utilization of its assets. 

The Company, in compliance with the obligations provided for by applicable law, assures the investment community that if and when there is an event, the disclosure of which, is reasonably expected to affect the market of its shares, it will proceed responsibly with its disclosure.

The above information is provided in accordance with Regulations of the European Parliament ((EU) 596/2014) the European Council and the Athens Stock Exchange, as well as following the aforementioned inquiry by the HCMC.
