Completion of the transaction / sale of 25% ANEMOS RES  to MOTOR OIL RENEWABLE ENERGY SINGLE MEMBER S.A.

ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter the "Company" or “ELLAKTOR”) informs the investment community that on 25.01.2024, after receiving all the necessary approvals, ELLAKTOR and MOTOR OIL RENEWABLE ENERGY S.A. (hereinafter "MORE"), a subsidiary of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (MOH), signed the Sale and Purchase Agreement for the transfer to MORE of remaining stake of 25% in ANEMOS RES S.A. owned by the Company.

The transaction was also completed today (financial closing), with the payment to the Company of the total consideration of €123.52m.
