CANCELLATION OF GENERAL MEETING DUE TO REVOCATION OF INVITATION - ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE INVESTMENT PUBLIC

The Board of Directors of the Société Anonyme with the trade name “INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY” (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that it has revoked the decision for the convocation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders, which had been scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27^th December 2023, at 18.00, and subsequently the convening invitation published on 5 December 2023 is also revoked and ceases to be valid and therefore the aforementioned Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders will not take place, since the conclusion of definitive notarial agreements for the transfer of real estate properties is not possible due to the abstention of the notary publics from their duties.

The Company remains committed to the implementation of the merger through its absorption by the Société Anonyme under the name “BriQ Properties Real Estate Investment Company”, in accordance with the phases announced to the investment public with its announcement on 23^rd February 2023 and for this purpose the Company will proceed with a new invitation for the convocation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders. The Company will inform the investment public of any significant developments concerning the transaction.
