SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 26^th and 30^th of July 2013 to the sale of 600 common shares in total at the average price of 4.79 euros of total value 2,872.64 euros.
