Q2 2005 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS RELEASE DATE

22 July 2005 - The Company HELLENIC EXCHANGES HOLDING S.A. (HELEX) informs the investors that the financial statements for the first half of 2005 will be announced on Monday, August 8^th 2005 immediately after the closing of the trading session of the Athens Exchange (ATHEX).

Also, on the same day and in particular, at 17:00 hours local time (15:00 GMT), a conference call will follow, during which, the management of the company will inform investors and analysts as to the latest corporate developments.
