Financial Calendar (updated for the special dividend)

The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting yesterday, set the ex-date and payment date for the special dividend (share capital return) that had been decided by the 1st Repetitive General Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday 11.6.2013.

Following the determination of the abovementioned dates, the financial calendar for the remainder of the fiscal year is as follows:

  •          Special dividend beneficiaries – record date:                  Friday September 27th 2013

The ex-date (Wednesday 25.9.2013) is after the expiration, on Friday 20.9.2013, of the following future contracts that are traded in the derivatives market: Future with the HELEX share as an underlying security.

  •          Special dividend payment date:                                        Thursday October 3rd 2013
  •          Release of Nine Month 2013 Results:                            Monday November 25th 2013

The special dividend will be paid out through Piraeus Bank. The Company will inform investors with a later announcement about the details and the procedure for collecting the amount of the special dividend.

The results will be published after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, on the Company's website (www.helex.gr) as well as on the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr).
