The Board of Directors of National Bank of Greece today held a meeting at which it renewed the employment contracts of its General Managers.

It also upgraded the following Assistant General Managers to General Managers: Panagiotis Goutakis, Tilemachos Palaiologos, Theofanis Panagiotopoulos, Petros Fourtounis and Nikolaos Christodoulou. Furthermore, the Board appointed Mr Panagiotis Dasmanoglou as Assistant General Manager of Group Compliance, and Mr Alexandros Benos as Assistant General Manager of Group Risk Management.

The Board authorized the Bank's CEO Mr Alexandros Tourkolias to issue administration acts defining and amending the individual duties and specific competencies and responsibilities of each and every Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
