Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007: Transactions notification

In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Attica Bank S.A. announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" according to Law Ν.3340/2005 (article 13) and Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 (article 6) the persons mentioned below informed the bank of the number of shares that they obtained as a result of the share capital increase of 99,999,999.90 euros that was effected through the conversion of 333,333,333 notes of the Bank's convertible bond loan issued on 2/7/2013, of a total amount of 199,406,822.10 euros into 333,333,333 shares (conversion rate: one bond to one new common, registered bearing voting right share of nominal value 0.30 euros- conversion price), according to the decision of the First Repeat Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 18/2/2013, the Prospectus approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on 3/6/2013, and the decision of the Bank's Board of Directors of 30/8/2013.

  • Ms. Theodora Vlassopoulou, Investment Banking and Group Companies Director of the Bank obtained 11,693 common shares.
  • Mr. Paraskevas Hatzopoulos, Director of the Northern Greece Network Department of the Bank obtained 4,013 common shares.
  • Mr. Antonios Davanas Director of the Bank's Products Department obtained 2,507 common shares.
  • Ms Maria Varela, Director of the Legal Department of the Bank and Secretary of the Board of Directors obtained 2,507 common shares.
  • The Additional Pension Benefits Fund- LAK- of the Bank of Attica, a legal entity related to persons with managerial duties at the Bank, obtained 2,151,329 common shares.
  • The Additional Lump-Sum pension benefits Fund- LAK- of the Bank of Attica, a legal entity related to persons with managerial duties at the Bank obtained 876,505 common shares.
  • The Additional Lump-Sum children support benefits Fund- LAK- of the Bank of Attica, a legal entity related to persons with managerial duties at the Bank obtained 137,483 common shares.
  • Mr. Theodore Krintas CEO of Attica Wealth Management S.A., a subsidiary of the Bank obtained 215 common shares.
  • Mr. Ioannis Papadopoulos, CEO of Attica Ventures S.A., a subsidiary of the Bank, obtained 2,507 common shares.
  • Dynamic Securities S.A., a company related to Mr. Alexandros Poularikas, CEO of Attica Finance S.A., a subsidiary of the Bank, obtained 584,552 common shares.
