Announcement of Important Fact

ELLAKTOR informs the Investment Community that its subsidiary, HELECTOR S.A., in consortium with the Slovenian RIKO d.o.o., in which HELECTOR is a leader by 54.54%, signed in the city of Novo Mesto, Slovenia, a contract for the construction of the project “Waste Management Centre for the Dolenjska Region - Phase II”.

The contractual amount stands at €26 million (excl. VAT). The project involves the construction of a mechanical-biological treatment plant (MBE) with a total annual capacity of 41,000 tons. 

The project implementation time shall be 19 months.

Following that, the total backlog of HELECTOR exceeds 245 million Euros, 215 million Euros of which relate to contracts for projects abroad.
