Completion of tax audit for FY 2005 and 2006 for TSEC

13 May 2009 - HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING, CLEARING, SETTLEMENT AND REGISTRY announces that the Thessaloniki Stock Exchange Centre, a HELEX subsidiary, accepted the tax audit for fiscal years 2005 and 2006, based on the tax audit report prepared by the tax authorities, in accordance with Law 3696/2008.

The Thessaloniki Stock Exchange Centre has paid a total of €15,274.12 for the two fiscal years. This amount will not burden the current fiscal year (2009), since a relevant provision had been made.
