SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mrs. Mara Vokou, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 7/08/13 to the sale of 163 common shares at the price of 4.907 euros of total value 799.90 euros and on 8/08/13 to the sale of 156 common shares at the price of 4.973 euros of total value 775.86 euros.
