AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with L.3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, Autohellas, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Theodore Vassilakis (Chairman of the BoD), Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis (Vice Chairman of the BoD) and Mr. George Vassilakis (non executive member of the BoD), purchased 3,500 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 10,708.4 on 6/08/2013, 2.090 shares of total value Euro 6,360.95 on 7/8/2013 and 340 shares of total value Euro 1,033.6 on 8/8/2013.
