(“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the Chief Financial Officer of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Doulaveris Ioannis son of Alexandros (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought 9.200 common registered shares of the company with a total value of € 16.928,00 on March 10^th, 2015.
