Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007
17 April 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank Equities notified it on 16.04.2013 that:1. On 15.04.2013 it bought 12,650 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR56,754.51
2. On 15.04.2013 it sold 3,850 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR17,152.79
3. On 15.04.2013 it bought 4,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR18,000.00
4. On 15.04.2013 it sold 4,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR18,040.00
5. On 15.04.2013 it bought 22 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR9,640.00
6. On 15.04.2013 it sold 110 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR49,103.00
The above transactions by Eurobank Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
