Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007

8 January 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 02.01.2013 that:

1.    On 02.01.2013 it sold 126 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR56,984.00

2.    On 02.01.2013 it sold 3,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR13,640.00

3.    On 02.01.2013 it bought 3,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR13,560.00

4.    On 02.01.2013 it bought 14,990 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR67,413.39

5.    On 03.01.2013 it sold 61 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR28,558.00

6.    On 03.01.2013 it sold 7,398 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR34,341.05

7.    On 03.01.2013 it bought 7,398 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR34,484.70

8.    On 03.01.2013 it sold 332 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,525.57

9.    On 03.01.2013 it bought 7,760 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR36,110.54

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 07.01.2013 that:

10.  On 04.01.2013 it sold 39 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR18,393.00

11.  On 04.01.2013 it bought 10 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR4,705.00

12.  On 04.01.2013 it sold 1,385 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,509.05

13.  On 04.01.2013 it bought 1,385 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,502.74

14.  On 04.01.2013 it sold 13325 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,282.40

15.  On 04.01.2013 it bought 7,819 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR36,670.40

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 08.01.2013 that:

16.  On 07.01.2013 it bought 7,100 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR33,913.00

17.  On 07.01.2013 it sold 1,600 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR7,663.00

18.  On 07.01.2013 it bought 16 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR7,647.00

19.  On 07.01.2013 it sold 71 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR34,056.00

The above Transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
