Announcement

Eurobank announces that the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Efthymios Christodoulou, will not be a candidate in the upcoming election of the new Board of Directors, at the Annual General Meeting to be held on the 27^th of June, due to the expiration of the term of the current Board.
