Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007

12 March 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 08.03.2013 that:

1.    On 06.03.2013 it bought 1,830 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR8,955.74

2.    On 06.03.2013 it sold 5,697 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR27,933.28

3.    On 07.03.2013 it bought 2,107 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR10,154.44

4.    On 07.03.2013 it sold 5,357 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR25,797.75

5.    On 07.03.2013 it bought 1,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,870.00

6.    On 07.03.2013 it sold 1,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,850.00

7.    On 07.03.2013 it bought 15 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR7,266.00

8.    On 07.03.2013 it sold 21 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR10,111.00

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 11.03.2013 that:

9.    On 08.03.2013 it bought 1,900 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR9,010.00

10.  On 08.03.2013 it sold 1,153 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR5,476.76

11.  On 08.03.2013 it bought 1,160 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR5,475.20

12.  On 08.03.2013 it sold 1,160 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR5,477.27

13.  On 08.03.2013 it bought 91 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR42,837.00

14.  On 08.03.2013 it sold 115 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR54,129.00

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 12.03.2013 that:

15.  On 11.03.2013 it bought 3,600 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR17,128.00

16.  On 11.03.2013 it sold 1,555 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR7,435.43

17.  On 11.03.2013 it bought 755 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,618.45

18.  On 11.03.2013 it sold 755 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,626.00

19.   On 11.03.2013 it bought 58 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR27,238.00

20.  On 11.03.2013 it sold 79 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR37,018.00

The above Transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
