1.    On 15.05.2013 it sold 68 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR44,752.00

2.    On 15.05.2013 it bought 20 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR13,090.00

3.    On 15.05.2013 it sold 2,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR13,180.00

4.    On 15.05.2013 it bought 2,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR13,180.00

5.     On 15.05.2013 it sold 2,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR13,248.00

6.    On 15.05.2013 it bought 6,800 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR44,762.38

7.    On 16.05.2013 it sold 27 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR17,940.00

8.    On 16.05.2013 it bought 32 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR21,254.00

9.    On 16.05.2013 it sold 4,211 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR28,228.74

10.  On 16.05.2013 it bought 2,700 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR18,007.00

In addition, Eurobank Equities notified the company on 20.05.2013 that:

12.  On 17.05.2013 it sold 11,774 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR79,279.23

14.  On 17.05.2013 it sold 6 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR4,104.00

The above transactions by Eurobank Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
