Changes in the Composition of the FTSE/ATHEX Indices

As a result of:
a) the transfer of shares of the company "COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A." to the "Special Trading Characteristics" segment and
b) the deletion of shares of the company "PANTECHNIKI S.A." from the Securities Market of ATHEX, the following changes will take place in the composition of FTSE/ATHEX Indices in accordance with the Ground Rules for the Management & Calculation of the FTSE/ATHEX Indices:

  • ATHEX COMPOSITE INDEX

    • The shares of the company "COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A." are deleted from the index's composition and are replaced by shares of the company "SINGULAR LOGIC S.A." with a 100% weighting.
  • TOTAL RETURN INDEX OF THE ATHEX COMPOSITE INDEX

    • The shares of the company "COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A." are deleted from the index's composition and are replaced by shares of the company "SINGULAR LOGIC S.A." with a 100% weighting.
  • FTSE/ATHEX SmallCap 80

    • The shares of the company "PANTECHNIKI S.A." are deleted from the index's composition and are replaced by the shares of the company "VELL GROUP S.A." with a 30% weighting.
  • FTSE/ATHEX 140

    • The shares of the company "PANTECHNIKI S.A." are deleted from the index's composition and are replaced by the shares of the company "VELL GROUP S.A." with a 30% weighting.
  • FTSE/ATHEX (Construction)

    • The shares of the company "PANTECHNIKI S.A." are deleted from the index's composition without being replaced by the shares of another company.
  • FTSE/ATHEX (PERSONAL & HOUSEHOLD ITEMS)

    • The shares of the company "VELL GROUP S.A." are added to the index's composition with a 30% weighting.

The aforementioned changes will be put into effect prior to the start of the trading session of ATHEX on Friday, 14 December 2007.
