ANNOUNCEMENT

Eurobank Ergasias S.A. announces that the non-executive members of its Board of Directors, Messrs. Dimitrios G. Dimopoulos and Paul K. Mylonas, General Managers of the National Bank of Greece S.A., submitted their resignations, effective as of 18 June 2013, with the completion of the recapitalization of Eurobank, which was fully covered by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund.

The Board of Directors of Eurobank would like to thank Messrs. Dimopoulos and Mylonas for the services they have rendered to the Board during their term of office.
