Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007
04 April 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that National Bank of Greece notified it on 03.04.2013 that on 03.04.2013 it bought 4 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR15.88.The above transaction by National Bank of Greece took place in its capacity as a General Clearing Member of the Athens Exchange.
The notification by National Bank of Greece to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Petros Christodoulou holds a managerial position as Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO of National Bank of Greece, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
