Announcement on the non-liquidation of the 145.979 Company’s Common Registered shares not deposited for dematerialisation during the time period 26/03/2013 until 24/05/2013

INTRACOM HOLDINGS, in the framework of the 68/26.02.2013 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors and following its 13/03/2013 Announcement, regarding the liquidation period of 145.979 shares which were not deposited for dematerialisation, informs the investing public that during the period 26/03/2013 until 24/05/2013, there was no transaction achieved.

Following the above, the Company will issue a further Announcement on the start date of the new period of liquidation of the aforementioned 145.979 shares, not deposited for dematerialisation.
