Announcement pursuant to Greek Law 3556/2007

Athens, Greece – 1 May 2013 – Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola Hellenic, the Company) announces, in compliance with Greek Law 3556/2007, 3340/2005, HCMC Decisions 1/434/3.7.2005, 3/347/12.7.2005 and HCMC Circular No. 33, that it received on 29 April 29 2013, a notification under Greek law 3556/2007 by The Coca-Cola Company according to which the percentage of shares and voting rights that the latter held in Coca-Cola Hellenic indirectly through The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Coca-Cola Overseas Parent Limited, Barlan, Inc., Refreshment Product Services Inc. and Αtlantic Industries (the “TCCC Entities”) dropped from 23.2% that it held until 24 April 2013 to 0.  This shareholding change was effected pursuant to the tender by the TCCC Entities of the Company's shares it held, in the context of the tender offer launched by Coca-Cola HBC AG for the total number of ordinary shares of the Company.
