Following the recent changes in the free float of the shares of the company VIVARTIA S.A., in accordance with the Ground Rules for the Management & Calculation of FTSE/ATHEX Indices (par. 4.6), a change from 75% to 30% will take place in the investability weighting change of the following ATHEX Indices:

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40
• FTSE/ATHEX INTERNATIONAL
• FTSE/ATHEX 140
• FTSE/ATHEX Food - Beverage

Changes will become effective prior to the opening of the trading session of the ATHEX on Monday, August 6, 2007.
