GEK TERNA informs the Investors that on April 5, 2013 it proceeded, through an OTC transaction, with the transfer of 3,280,000 common nominal shares and of equal number voting rights, i.e. 3.0004%, out of the total of 54,687,371 common nominal shares and of equal number voting rights, i.e. 50.0255%, which she owned in her subsidiary company TERNA ENERGY SA.

The aforementioned transaction has been concluded as a result of a partial execution  of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders of TERNA ENERGY SA decision,  dated October 9, 2012 and at a purchase price equal to the share closing value on April 4, 2013, which was the day preceding the transaction date, i.e. 2.51 € per share, amounting therefore to a total transaction value of 8,232,800 €.

Following the above transaction GEK TERNA owns today directly 51,407,371 shares and equal number voting rights, i.e. 47.0251% on the total share capital of the company TERNA ENERGY SA. The indirect participation, through its subsidiary company HERON HOLDINGS SA, which amounts to 1,575 shares and equal number voting rights remains unchanged.
