SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mrs. Marta Szcxepkowska, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 16/04/13 to the sale of 15,000 common shares at the price of 4.23 euros of total value 63,466.12 euros.
