Following the Decision of the ATHEX BoD on June 07, 2007, referring to changes in the composition of the Category Trading Status the following changes will be realized in the composition of the Athens Exchange Indices.

More specifically:

FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80
The shares of the companies "ALTEC S.A. INFORM. & COMMUN. SYST.", "LAVIPHARM S.A." and "HELLENIC CABLES S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the companies "NEXANS HELLAS S.A." with investability weight 30%, "MOTORCYCLES AND MARINE ENGINE TRADE AND IMPORT COMPANY S.A." with investability weight 30% and "PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE SA" with investability weight 50%.

FTSE/Athex 140
The shares of the companies "NEXANS HELLAS S.A." with investability weight 30%, "MOTORCYCLES AND MARINE ENGINE TRADE AND IMPORT COMPANY S.A." with investability weight 30% and "PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE SA" with investability weight 50% are added into the index following their addition into FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80 Index.

FTSE/Athex Retail
The shares of the company "MOTORCYCLES AND MARINE ENGINE TRADE AND IMPORT COMPANY S.A." are added into the index with investability weight 30% following the addition of the company?s shares into FTSE/Athex 140 Index.

FTSE/Athex Technology
The shares of the companies "NEXANS HELLAS S.A." with investability weight 30% and "PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE SA" with investability weight 50% are added into the index following their addition into FTSE/Athex 140 Index.

All changes will take place after the close of business of Friday, June 08 2007
