Furthermore, regarding the exercise of minority rights of shareholders in accordance with article 39 paragraphs 4 and 5 of C.L. 2190/1920, Shareholders must note that the final dates for the exercise of such rights are as follows: (i) 23 April 2013 instead of 22 April 2013; (ii) 25 April 2013 instead of 24 April 2013); (iii) 2 May 2013 instead of 1 May 2013); and (iv) 1 May 2013 instead of 30 April 2013.
