REPLACEMENT OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEMBERS

EYDAP S.A. announces in place of the resigned Messrs. Stelios Stavridis, Chairman of the Company's BoD and Dionysios Assimakopoulos, non-executive member of the BoD, Mr. Evangelos Palaiologos and Mrs. Eugene Bournova have undertaken as non-executive members in the Company's BoD, on April 30, 2013. Specifically, Mr. Antonios Vartholomeos was elected as Chairman and CEO of the Company and Mr. Evangelos Palaiologos as Deputy non-executive Chairman.

The above mentioned members will be ratified during the next General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 28th, 2013.
