SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Vasilis Meintanis, “Accounting Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 21/05/13 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 4.82 euros of total value 4,820 euros.
