Αthens, April 03, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), announces that it completed yesterday, in Cyprus, the transfer of its 99.05% entire stake in Hellas Sat to Arabsat. OTE received €208 million in total, while it has already received €7 million as dividends, according to the Share Purchase Agreement that had been signed in February.

This announcement is published in accordance with Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
