Athens, May 01, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), announces that in accordance with article 16 par. 3 of Codified Law 2190/1920, article 9 of Law.3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 Regulation EU, the resolution of its Annual General Assembly, dated on 23.06.2011, and the CEO's decision nr 870050/29-04-2013, acquired own shares, through the ASE member NBG Securities S.A., as follows:

On 30.04.2013 the Company acquired 400 own shares, for an average price of €6.6888 per share, of total value €2,675.50. In total the Company holds, 400 own shares representing 0.000001% of its issued share capital.

This announcement is published in accordance with Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, articles 10 and 13 of Law 3340/2005 and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
