Following a relevant request from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), the Athens Exchange S.A. (ATHEX) decided to suspend temporarily the trading of the shares of the company VIVARTIA S.A. until clear and adequate information is disclosed with regard to the company's new business plan, which was pre-announced by its principal shareholder Marfin Investment Group (91.47%). The suspension is deemed necessary because the smooth operation of the market is not safeguarded and for the purpose of protecting investors' interests.
