BoD member Resignation

At its meeting of9 April 2013, the Board of Directors of National Bank ofGreeceaccepted the resignation submitted by the member of the NBG Board H.E. the Metropolitan of Ioannina Theoklitos.

The Board thanked H.E. the Metropolitan of Ioannina Theoklitos for his long and valuable service to the Bank, and wished him good health and continued success in his future endeavours and contribution.
