(“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the A' Vice-President Executive Member of the Board, Mr. Spyridon Manolopoulos, son of Dimitris (liable to notify accordance the article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought 60.000 common registered shares of the company with a total value of € 100.200,00 on April 25, 2013.
