The company TERNA ENERGY S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, to article 11 of the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and to the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the company GEK TERNA S.A., which is closely associated to Mr. Michael Gourzis, an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of  TERNA ENERGY S.A., proceeded on April 5, 2013, to the transfer of  3,280,000  common nominal shares, through an OTC transaction, of  a total value of  8,232,800.00 €.

The aforementioned shares have been acquired by TERNA ENERGY S.A. as treasury shares.
