Changes in the Composition of the FTSE/ATHEX Indices

As a consequence of the recent changes that took place in the free float of the shares of the company "COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A." and in accordance with the Ground Rules for the Management & Calculation of the FTSE/ATHEX Indices (par.4.4), the shares of the aforementioned company are deleted from the composition of the FTSE/ATHEX indices.

More specifically, the following changes will be put into effect:

  • FTSE/ATHEX 20

    • The shares of the company "COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A." are deleted from the composition of the said index and are replaced by the shares of the company "MYTILINEOS GROUP OF COMPANIES S.A."- first in the reserve list of the Big Cap segment-with a weighting of 75%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX MidCap 40

    • The shares of the company "MYTILINEOS GROUP OF COMPANIES S.A." are deleted from the composition of the said index and are replaced by the shares of the company "MINOAN LINES S.A." with a weighting of 100%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX 140

    • The shares of the company "COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A." are deleted from the composition of the said index.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Telecommunications

    • The shares of the company "COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A." are deleted from the composition of the said index without being replaced by the shares of another company.
  • FTSE/ATHEX International

    • The shares of the company "COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A." are deleted from the composition of the said index without being replaced by the shares of another company.

All changes will be put into force before the start of the trading session of Friday, 23 November 2007.
