Due to the transfer of the shares of the Companies 'VIVARTIA S.A.', 'ETHNIKI GENERAL INSURANCE CO. S.A.', 'LIBERIS PUBLICATIONS S.A.' and 'UNISYSTEMS S.A.', to the Special Characteristics Category Trading, the following changes will be realized in the composition of the Athens Exchange Indices:

Athex Composite Share Price Index & Athex Composite Total Return Index

The shares 'VIVARTIA S.A. (CR)' and 'ETHNIKI GENERAL INSURANCE CO. S.A. (CR)' are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares 'PANTECHNIKI S.A. (CR)' and 'AXON S.A. HOLDINGS (CR)' with investability weight 100%.

The aforementioned changes will be put into effect prior to the start of the trading session of ATHEX on Monday, October 29, 2007.
