Frigoglass announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 article 11 that Mr. Torsten Tuerling, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, acquired on 27/3/2013 1.842 shares of total value €7.663,51.
