(“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the Chairman, Executive Member of the Board, Mr. Dimitris Manolopoulos, son of Spyridon (liable to notify accordance the article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 60.000 common registered shares of the company with a total value of € 100.200,00 on April 25, 2013.
